Cancellation Before Project Start: If you cancel the project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Partial Completion: If you decide to cancel the project after some work has been completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
No Refunds After Completion: Once the project is completed and delivered, refunds are not available. However, we will work with you to address any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services such as domain registration fees, third-party software purchases, and hosting fees are non-refundable.
